Gather together: 4 squares of semi sweet chocolate 1 teaspoon of vanilla 4 eggs 1 cup of flour 1 3/4 cups of sugar 2 sticks of butter 1 cup of pecan halves
Melt both the chocolate and the butter together. Once they are mixed stir in the pecan halves keep stirring till the pecans are coated well. Set the chocolate pecan mixture aside to cool.
Combine the sugar, the flour and the eggs mixing by hand. Blend but do not beat, the batter. Keep blending the batter till it grows stiff. Stir in the chocolate mixture and vanilla into the batter mix very well so you don't get any lumps in the cupcakes as the cook.
Fill cupcake pan full with the batter. Bake in a oven at 325F for 35 to 40 minutes. Make sure to keep an eye on the cupcakes so they do not over bake. Pull out and let cool for a few minutes before removing the cupcakes from the pan.
